If I purchase BLT and have points transferred can I use them now?

Help me walk this through in my head. If I purchase at BLT I will own a membership so I can than have a member transfer points into my account right? As long as those points are current use year, I should be able to use them right away correct? (based on availibility of course) So even though I can't use my BLT points until August 2009 (I think, might be September), I could use the transferred points right?

Yes, that is correct. The transferred points retain their original home resort and use year.
