Hi all, just got off the phone with Disney, I am now paid in full because of a blessing from the AAA angel. Thought I'd provide you all the Final breakdown, to give anyone who hasn't booked yet an idea.
Booked Room Only at Pop Century for January 3rd - January 10th.
Original Rates: 82/night w/out tax included
Total: 645.75 after taxes.
Just added AAA -->
Rate/night: 65.60/night
Total after tax: 516.60
Other important things to note, it's a value season at a value resort; there are no weekend premiums. This is not a preferred room (gotta use my legs while I still got'em
). Very easy to add the AAA rates on.
I hope this helps anyone thinking about staying at a Value resort in early January.
PS- if you're leaving from the Northeast and looking for good airfare down to MCO, Southwest Airlines out of Manchester, NH has some really good web specials. I got mine for advertised 99 one - way, which was actually closer to 92 one way (all before taxes mind you)
