Ideas to surprise a graduate?

What do you think would be a good surprise for my DS who is graduating high school this year? He wants to go to WDW for his senior trip, so I'm taking him, his girlfriend, my DD and her boyfriend.
I would like to plan something special for him as a surprise, but don't want to do anything goofy or embarassing (you know how we parents can be )
Any ideas?

Something you guys could do together would probably be a fun surprise =)
