I would love to plan a surprise for my DF for during the honeymoon trip. I had originally thought of a fireworks cruise, but they're all booked :sad1: I saw in someone's TR (can't remember whose) that the bride got a Coral Reef diver to hold up a sign with a romantic message while they were dining. I don't even know how you find out about things like that. Does anyone have ideas for romantic surprises?

I actually did this a couple years ago when my daughter did her first Goofy Challenge. I called the Disney line and just talked to the Manager. It was so cool because they did a special menu just for us and I wrote a poem to have printed in the menu.

The diver heard a sign congratulating Katie and our freind Dave on their run.

I have heard they do not do that anymore, but it does not hurt to ask.

We have had lunch with an imagineer and that was very special. It is held at the Brown Derby in a small private room and there are usually about 10 people.

There have been different speakers each time we have gone. And the food is wonderful.

Maybe a dinner @ Narcoossees and time it so you get to see the fireworks? Or you could eat @ Citricos and take a walk out to the marina after to see the fireworks?

My H and I are planning on doing the wild Africa Trek @ Animal kingdom listed here: http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/tours.htm There are lots of behind the scenes tours that you can do that sound like fun.

Perhaps you could contact Coral Reef and ask for information?

If you both like the water, what about heading over to Discovery Cove to swim with the dolphins? It's a wonderful day and the all inclusive food and drink is wonderful.

We caught one of the outdoor movies shown by the resorts. They had a campfire and we were cuddled together with hot chocolate watching The Princess and the Frog right next to the lake over looking the Boardwalk. It was very romantic and free!

I also did the diver at Coral Reef thing for my son's birthday a couple of years ago!! it was great and he loved it!! You need to contact the restaurant directly (at least that is what I did).
I highly recommend the 'Dine with an Imagineer', it is fantastic, but not sure I would call it particularly romantic!!

Thanks for all the ideas, everyone! I will certainly be looking into some of these :goodvibes
