I WON a trip to DISNEY!!!!

Hey Everyone- OP here. I just wanted to say that after 9 weeks of paperwork and waiting we have booked our trip!!!

The sweepstakes is putting us up at the Poly for three nights and we were able to add on 3 nights at the Yacht Club at our expense. We are traveling 8/20-26th and can't wait!!

I don't mean to hijack your thread. but I was going to post the same thing and saw your thread. I also won a trip to WDW from my local radio station!

We are SO excited to go. It's a 5 day/4 night trip in mid-June. We are staying in the Grand Floridian!!

We also elected to extend the trip at our own expense, and thanks to some great military discounts and a generous aunt with a Wyndham Bonnet Creek timeshare our family of 5 will be able to spend 10 days in Disney for less than $1000!!

I'm also hoping that I'll be able to use the Free Dining pin that I got via email and perhaps get free dining on top of it!

OP, you mentioned your son being teary and not wanting it to end.
I remember one trip with my daughter. We had already been several times,
but that last night of one trip, she didn't want to get off the bus at the resort. She begged and cried to ride around back to the park, and then just back to the resort again, not get off or anything. She just didn't want it to end, and I didn't want it to either. Neither one of us wanted to go home.

I SO wish I would have done it, but I said no.
I sure regret that, It wouldn't have hurt anything to ride around again, and get back at the resort an hour later.
