I won a Dream AND was given a Magical Moment!

We just got back yesterday.

On Thursday, we were getting off the Tom Sawyer raft and we were all handed YOAMD lanyards (blue with silver YOAMD and stars on them, with 2 pins...one with Mickey & Minnie and one with Donald & Goofy). This is a brilliant marketing plan because me and my DS who NEVER collected pins must have subsequently spent about $200 on pins to fill up the lanyards!

On Friday, we were walking past the UK bridge about 7pm to look for a good spot to see Illuminations when a cast member offered us passes to come back at 8:45pm and enter the roped off little balcony area right by the bridge, in front of France. They only let about 20 people down there, and the view really was spectacular.

I have to upload my photos, but I'll post some on a post-trip report I will be working on over the next few days.

Good for you!! I have my fourth trip coming up next month since YOMD started, and have spent about 20 days in the parks, and have seen plenty of evidence that the Dream Team exists but have yet to even see one!!! I keep reading about people that have won 2 or 3 times! No sour grapes (just feel lucky that we get to go so much), and when in the park we don't even really think about it, but it sure would be nice!!! Congrats!
