for the resorts like Disney does. That way we could afford to go more often.

Buy into DVC and drive over to Universal! Not the perfect solution but as a DVC member, we plan on going to Universal a few times in the future as well as Disney.

You can sometimes get rooms for around $129 if you go in off season. That works out to be about the same price as maintenance fees for one week at DVC.
