Aw man, I keep checking this thread every time it's bumped, hoping for news that MJ has come back from the dead.


As for the police investigation, what do they hope to find 3 1/2 weeks later? Like the Dr. didn't go in and destroy any incriminating evidence? If I was the Dr., I would have bought a new computer, tossed the old one in the middle of the ocean, shredded all my files, etc. so there would be no evidence.

Supposedly, the doctor waited 30 minutes before letting anyone else in the house know what was going on. If he was too stupid to lose any incriminating evidence, he deserves to fry.
Grumpy, you're right on the DEA stuff. I have a feeling that there might be several doctors who end up in trouble. It would be a total shock if the pharmacist doesn't get charged as well. He/she should have reported excessive prescriptions.

Other than excessive prescriptions, a good part of a doctors defense would be the "IN my opinion he needed....."

Even the today show, AGAIN, had talling heads , each giveing their expert opinion, ab out information that they don't really know. jeez until an offical press release form the investigators, keep it quite!

just the fact that he wrote it shows that they were expecting him to make the big leap. They must have seen it coming.
