We went to a concert last night. Opening act was Huey Lewis and the News; second act was Chicago. So there were these two women sitting next to me who kept screaming and jumping up to "dance". A few rows ahead of us were another pair of women who kept getting up to dance - so the people right in front of me would stand to see, so then I had to stand to see. arrrgh! If everyone just remains seated, we can all see! What is so difficult to understand about that? The screaming was so unnecessary - grown women (in their 40's) acting like teeny-boppers!
So if you stand during concerts, how do you justify standing, blocking the view of people behind you?
(by the way, Huey was fantastic - as usual. Chicago has never really been my thing - DH was always their big fan & they were surprisingly good. Horns were great and their new, younger singers did a good job.)

Just my opinion. Of course the only concerts I go to anymore almost everyone dances because well thats just what the music says to do

that is mellow to the extreme, what does one do when one stands at one his concerts?
Don't sit in front of me at a concert, I stand and Dance!
