If you don't want to be drinking cranberry juice every day, buy the capsules. Apparently they're more potent than straight juice. I get mine at Costco but I'm sure you can find them anywhere. That's what I do because I'm like you, I used to get uti's all the time. I think the pills have helped.

This. I started taking two a day, and haven't had one for at least a year, since I started taking them.

Update the doctor called there never was a infection so she wants me to start the maintenance antibiotics tomorrow who am I to question her if she is not worried about me building up a restance why should I be I think I was just dehydrated which explains the nausea and why I felt relieve after my first bottle of water
