I WAS in and now I am OUT, again...

I've had the link the entire time, but each time I click on the online booking I get a message about a server error and then "One or more errors has occurred, please re-enter your information...".

I have a message in to customer service, but the only response so far has been to clear cookies and history, which I've done.

I've tried it on Internet Explorer and Firefox, and on 3 different computers.

I know I can just call member services, but I'd like to try the online booking for our next vacation.

Anyone else still seeing similar problems?

I have tried multiple times on multiple computers and smartphones and have deleted browsing history and cookies. Still get same error message. Called ms 3 x yesterday with very little help. They finally said they would have someone get back to me within 3-5 business days.:confused3 So, you are not alone!

I did receive a response from Member Services this morning that they have submitted the issue to their IT partner and will research.

Because different computers, clearing history, and using different internet providers doesn't seem to fix the problem, it must be on their end. That is, unless someone else here has received the message and been able to resolve it on their own. However, I haven't heard of that happening in the reading I've been doing.
