yay!!! It seemes like everyone is leaving for WDW right now!!! I guess I'll have my turn when everyone is back and they are in disney depression!!

6 days! That must feel so very close!

I HATE getting wet, so I'm not crazy about splash either, but the inside is just SO amazing, it's completely worth it!

It feels so close yet really far away!! So much left to do!!!

I'm not a big fan of water rides, but like you said, it's such an amazing ride! It has to be one of the longest (time wise) rides in all of WDW. So much detail!

It does seem that way!! I hope I get to meet a bunch of DISers on my trip. I can't keep them all straight, so I hope they approach me!

Oh. My. Goodness. I cannot believe I leave in 5 days! That is just so crazy. Today, I have to focus on getting us packed for our overnight stay in Syracuse. I also need to pack Madison's feis bag, iron her blouse, clean out the car, etc. It's going to be a crazy day!

I had Tony fax in our room requests this morning (cross that off the list!) and I'm hoping that we get all of them. We asked for a poolside room, in the 50's on an upper floor. I would LOVE a refurbed room, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed on that one. I've been reading the Pop refurb thread a lot and it looks like Building 3 (Tramp) is completely finished and they have started a few of the upper floors of Building 1 (Lady). Or something along those lines. Ok, here's our fact for today:

Day 5- The difference in temperature between the hot and cold test rooms in Test Track is 100 degrees Fahrenheit!

Hmm...let's see what else I need to do today. Ah yes. I need to wash my hipster. Need to give it a few days to dry! I need to see if we have enough sinus meds in the cabinet. If not, time for a trip to Target! I got my ON schedule today (it gets emailed to us) and I have to work on Monday. Bummer! I guess I'll have to either do laundry after the football game on Sunday or Monday evening.

Let's recap what I'll be doing 1 week from today:

Today is an Epcot day. We'll arrive in time for rope drop (9am) and head straight for Soarin'. We like to get FP's first and then get in the standby line. After our flight over Cali, maybe we'll go to the Living Seas. Madison and Tony have never seen the aquariums and I haven't seen them since I was 15 yrs old. I don't even remember how to access them!!! Anyways...at some point, we'll grab FP's for TT.

We have an ADR at Cape May Cafe @ 10:45am and I can't wait to walk through the International Gateway!!! I'm also very excited to see the BC for the first time. I'm sure I won't want to leave.

After breakfast, we might explore the BC for a bit and then we'll head back to Epcot. We can either go use our FP's for TT or head straight to WS. We'll just go with the flow. I hope to explore the countries we've kind of ignored in the past and take in all the little details. I could stay in WS for days and never get bored. Madison would like to do some KP missions as well. Pick a Pearl is on my list of things to do, so might do that today.

We have an ADR at Via Napoli for 5:45pm and I'm really looking forward to it. I can't wait to see the pizza ovens! This is the only day that we have 2 ADR's and this will be an OOP meal. After dinner, we'll do some more WS exploring.

We're staying for EMH this evening, so we might have to duck into the American Adventure for a nap! I really do love it, but I'm sure the a/c will knock some of us out. We will not be seeing IllumiNations this evening...we'll be hitting up the attractions instead.

Just got a text update from Amazon (cool, huh?). My books should be arriving today!!! I was starting to get worried because when I checked the status the other day, they had delivery day as our departure day! I was so bummed because I wanted to bring those books on the plane. Needless to say, that text just made my day! Now, I just have to be patient and wait for the mail....it doesn't come until after 2pm!

5 days! When I was reading your update I just got this feeling of, WOW that is REALLY soon! I think it helps that we were supposed to be going at this time too...I can almost feel the anticipation!

Hope your books came! You can lovingly pack them in your suitcase or carry on. Have you started that yet? Or are you a procrastinator like me? Since you have all the clothes picked out, I can imagine it's not too difficult to pack!

Have you never been on the Nemo ride at Epcot? You can go on that (it's really cute) and then walk around the aquariums afterward. There's a lot of cute photo ops (most notably the Bruce the shark one). Nemo is one of my favorite movies.

It IS really soon! So much to do in just a few days.

They came and I was so happy!! They wil definately be going in my carry-on bag. No, I haven't started. I always pack the day before we leave. When I do it all at once, I know I'm not forgetting anything. It does help when you have outfits planned out!

We have done the Nemo ride and we did Turtle Talk with Crush. We took the picture with Bruce too...it took forever! So many kids (and adults) pushing their way through. So rude.

Wow. I leave in 4 days! Crazy! Before I get into my "one week" post, I have some great news. We went to the Syracuse Feis today and Madison got 1st place on her Reel...the one she still needed to place on! Plus, she has never gotten a 1st place on her own (she got one for her group dance in June). I was so happy I almost cried. Needless to say, it was a fantastic day! Now, onto my fact of the day:

Day 4- Mr. Potato Head, at Toy Story Midway Mania, is the first Audio-Animatronic character that can remove and replace one of its own body parts.

One Week From Today, we hope to sleep in a little bit. Not quite sure if that will happen or not, we'll see how it goes I guess. After getting ready, we'll be heading back to Epcot! We will use our first GAD voucher on this day...we'll probably use 2 for Soarin' and 1 for TT (that's my plan anyways).

The plan for today is to do whatever we want and do whatever we didn't get to the previous day. We have an ADR at Garden Grill for 4:30pm and I'm really looking forward to it. We've never eaten here before and we love Chip & Dale!

We'll be watching IllumiNations tonight...one of my favorites!! I just love the music. It's so exciting and I love listening to it in my car. After the fantastic show, maybe we'll take the long way out by walking all the way around WS. The park closes at 9pm and this is a way to just take in all the sights. Besides, that Pop bus stop is miles away and I feel like it's always crazy at Epcot so we won't mind taking our time getting there. This will be our last evening at Epcot so I just want to soak it all in.

I can't believe tomorrow is Sunday again already! This week really flew by (for me anyways). I plan on making a delicious Jennie-O turkey tenderloin with some mashed potatoes to eat during the Bills game. Yum! After we get our fill of football, I told Tony he needs to pick out his clothes that he wants to wear. You see, he's going to grad school and he goes to class on Mon and Tues evenings. I need to get everything washed and put aside for the big packing day on Tuesday. I don't want to wait for him to get home from grad school (around 9pm) to pack his stuff. Oh yeah, don't think I told all of you. I have to go to Open House at Madison's school the night before we leave!!! I don't know how I'm going to concentrate!!!

This is a bit upsetting. I was expecting the Fantasyland Expansion wall, but all the tarps...ridiculous! I know that next October is WDW's 40's anniversary, but maybe they should have thought this out a little bit better. It just looks so sad and not so magical.

Sounds like a fun EPCOT day. I love Illuminations. It's prob my favorite show and music. Actually DS has a video and we are watching it right now. It ends with the complete showing of Illuminations!

I think we are planning on meatball subs for dinner and the game Yummy!!
