yeah girl!! Give us a recap!!! Is your mouth still sore from the original appt or did you have them adjusted already?

I totally forgot to tell everyone about my first wire change!!! I went 2 weeks ago and they were shocked by how much my teeth have moved already! They told me that the first month they don't really see a big change, but with me they did. Awesome! My mouth isn't bothering me anymore, but some teeth are still a little sore...especially when I eat. I can't even bite into a sandwich because my front teeth are so sensitive!! But, it doesn't bother me. I go back every 4 weeks, so my next appt is the day after I get back from Disney.

I don't know if I would survive without lists!! My mirror has many little post-it notes on it. If it's not in front of my face, I tend to forget about it.

The new shirt is so cute and girly! I will definately have to wear it on my trip, I just have to figure out when!!! I was thinking I could wear it my 2nd night to DHS, but I want to wear it somewhere when we'll be meeting lots of characters. Hmm...I don't know!

I highly recommend checking her out, but she's not accepting custom orders right now. She's booked up through nearly November!!! She has lots of different shirts that are available to purchase right now though.

Ok, I'll do my typical one week from today posts. I do enjoy doing them!

This week will fly by for sure! Lots to do and lots to keep me occupied.

It's been a great day. I've enjoyed lounging around in my pj's all morning, catching up on some tv...wonderful. Plus, I've been setting my dvr's (yes, we have more than one...actually, we have 3!) to make sure we don't miss the premiere's of all of our favorite shows when we're gone. In case you didn't know, I'm a HUGE tv junkie!!!

I am so excited just to pack, I did most of my laundry yesterday...I'm sure I still have to do more. So you are not alone with liking to pack. I would def. like a trip recap it's not boring! Packing just builds up the excitement!! I want to hold off on laundry for as long as I can, but I will not be doing it the day before we leave. I would go crazy!

I will start up my One Week From Today recaps tomorrow!!

Still haven't heard anything from her teacher. I hope they write me back sometime!

I agree with the name change too!! I was just looking at the MNSSHP map (on disboards main page) and was like what the..It's just wrong!! I'm sure I'd be a horrible CM if I were working and referred to it as Cindys!

I was thinking about doing the same thing "this time next week.." but I'll see if I have time to do it!

I have so much to do! I seriously added like 3 more things to my to do list this afternoon. I don't think I've ever been so stressed before a trip!

If she keeps on practicing, she should do just fine. Her regular dance classes started up last night and she was looking good!

Thanks! We know she will do her best. Almost all of my family lives in Syracuse and I lived there until I was 13 yrs old. A have an Uncle on my mom's side who lives in Orlando, an Uncle on my dad's side who lives in Chicago and and Aunt on my dad's side who lives in Philly. There is also my cousin (who got married on the beach) who lives in Virginia. Other than that, everyone lives in the Syracuse area.

That's right folks. One week from today I will be at my Happy Place! So, let's do a quick recap of what we'll be doing that first day.

My dad will be dropping us off at the airport around 5am for our 6:25am flight. I highly doubt there will be anyone at the airport at that time on a Wed morning, but we like to have time before we board the plane to eat, use the restroom, etc.

We have a nonstop flight to Orlando and should be landing around 9am!! We'll take our first "ride" of the trip on the airport monorail and head down to check-in with ME. Again, I don't think there will be a lot of people there at that time. Fingers crossed! Last June, Pop was the first stop and I hope it will be that way again.

I'll be doing online check-in a few days before our arrival, so we should have everything waiting for us. It would be awesome if our room was ready, but it's just fine if it isn't. I'm sure we'll be hungry by this point, so maybe we'll head to Everything Pop for a quick snack. We have no ADR's this day.

I should really call DVC this week to see if we can schedule something for our first day. I'd like to head over to DTD, but we'll see how things go.

I want to be at AK by about 3pm. We've never seen the parade and I think that would be a great way to start our trip. We'll be staying for EMH this evening and I think it will be a very relaxing night. We'd like to see FOTLK, ride EE (at night!!), maybe ride Dinosaur and just take in all of the wonderful sights that AK has to offer. Lots of Photopass pics of course!

Day 7 - Fantasmic! premiered on October 15, 1998 (Oct 15th is Madison's birthday).

I had to stop at Party City today to pick up some gold beads for Madison's Jasmine costume. While I was there, I noticed they had lots of glow necklaces/bracelets. So, I purchased a set of them! It has 2 bracelets and a necklace and I bought orange ones. They were only 99 cents and they had lots of colors. I want to bring them to MNSSHP for Madison to wear.

I don't think I posted the list of souveniers we want to buy:

-anything with Mr. Pricklepants...a stuffed animal...anything! I love him!
-Halloween pins
-build your own light sabre
-Disney family window clings...I have these on my car, but I hope to get a new car next spring. Plus, I want to buy little baby ones (no, not pregnant yet)
-Mickey flip flops from Tren-D
-4 Parks 1 World cd
-Antenna toppers
-Mr. Potato head pieces
-We want to send a coconut to my little sister! She'll think it's hysterical!

Holy cow...I wish I'd known this a month ago. We just dumped a whole bunch of WDW Potato head parts at DD old daycare. DD never really played with her potato head - and it had been sitting in the basement for years, so we decided to get rid of it...if only I had known. Actually, we left a bunch of stuff there and they sent some of it back, I have to check tonight if they the potato head parts. I'd gladly hand these off to you if we still have them. (Since you live locally.)

And we have the 4 parks 1 world CD...this is the only CD that DD wants to listen to in the car.You know your kids in a WDW obsessed family when she complained at Christmas time that she didn't like the EPCOT music, she wanted the regular park theme song back. (From the CD)

Can't say the name change on the carousel bother's me..whatever. I don't care that they changed the name of a whole theme park (DHS from MGM). The only name change that I can think of that ever register strongly with me was a good one. Cinderella's Royal Table used to be King Stefan's Banquet Hall. What the heck was Sleeping Beauty's father doing with a Banquet Hall in Cinderella's castle! I mean, c'mon Disney!

Oh, and yay for 1 week to go. We hit 1 month today ourselves!

Tell me about sending a coconut. I have no idea what that means!

Just a warning about buying the window clings in advance, I bought some and they sat around for probably over 1 year (ok, Dh didn't want them on HIS truck but I drive HIS truck most of the time so by the time I convinced him 1 yr had gone by) and by the time we tried to put them on the car they wouldn't come off the sheets and got all torn up and we now have to buy new ones. That was such a waste of $15!!

I think she's talking about that you can send anything through the US mail if you put enough stamps on it. A common thing used to demonstrate this point is sending a small coconut. (They did this on Mythbusters last season.) I think she's just indicating her little sister would get a kick out of getting a coconut in the mail from Florida. (You can't send an orange...too squishy.)

Sending a coconut is fun! We sent one to my in-laws last trip. You can get them at Caribbean Beach at Old Port Royale. It costs around $20 so it's a little pricier than a postcard but much more fun!

Don't forget those sinus meds! I know they are on my packing list from now on. Lesson learned the hard way.

Mr. Pricklepants is a pretty popular fella at my house too! Actually, anyone from TS3 is popular at my house.
