I voted last week...mostly because I am an Election Judge and won't be able to do so on the 4th....

No early voting in Maryland this time. But it is a ballot question, so maybe next time.

I am an election judge too, but I work at my polling place so I will vote there on election day.

I voted Tuesday (a day after early voting started). I was in and out in under 10 minutes....we had a very long ballot but I knew how I was voting. There was no line! I loved it!

Im not sure if DE has early voting or not. But either way DH and I both agreed not to vote this year. We just dont know who to vote for. They both have good and bad ideas.

even if you don't vote for president, surely there are local and state issues to vote for there could be tax issues, energy bills, a crazy nazi to vote against for school board.

we have absentee ballots here, but no early voting...i'm voting obama, but its a given he'll win california with or without me. what is almost just as important as my presidential vote are the state issues, local issues and my congressional vote...local politics truly affect us in our day to day lives.

Please rethink that decision. Even though I have strong opinions on who I want to win this race, the most important thing we can do as a part of a democratic society is exercise our right to vote.

We dont pay attention to the local and state issues. The only thing we pay attention to is the president. The president is tech DH big boss. What the president wants for the military, and as long as it passes through congress, it effects DH and me. I couldnt tell you 1 thing about any of our senators, governors, etc.

Our local elections are sooooo important. I live in a small rapidly growing county and growth issues are important here. My kids are in the public schools so the Superintendent of Schools is important. Out local Sheriff's race will be a close one too. We are state employees so the state elections mean a lot too.
