for the car..
Sounded awful when I applied the brakes backing out of the driveway....:(
Do you change yours on your car or have someone else do it??

They cost like $20 at AutoZone or $50 from the dealer, but they looked easy to put on, I'm gonna try, whenever we get new ones:rolleyes:

My car is only serviced by my dealership. I'm not taking chances with my warranty.

There was a time that I thought when the brakes squealed, it meant GET A NEW CAR!!!!!!!!, but now it means go to the dealer and let them do it. I just like the idea of OEM parts, and I am sure I pay more, but it keeps my Mustang happy, and that keeps me happy.

MJ & Serena,
If Shep posts next about wings, we're gonna have to do an intervention......

Our son in law can do it, but we usually get someone else to. He works long hours and we hate to bother him when he is at home.

Car=easy, one bolt and no greasy hands...
Truck=greasy mess..:eek:

Seriously, DH just chewed me out about this today.:(

I had that squeal - ignored it and now it might be too late to even turn the rotors, they probably will have to be replaced.
