Hi, I just made ressies for August @ Poly concierge (woo-hoo!). But I made them online and no where on the sight did it give me an opportunity to use my AAA discount, if any. Do I call? Do I wait? I know it sounds dumb, sorry, any help would be appreciated.

I believe you have to call disney and ask for the AAA discount.

Yes to use a discount you must call. And I would also check mousesvers when it is closer to your date so you may see if you qualify for a cheaper room then a AA. good luck Happy planning!!

Yep - all the online ressies are without any discounts unless they specifically have a special advertised on the website!

Also, the cancellation policy is much stricter on the web than if you call CRO directly.

I would call back and rebook on the phone, and cancel the internet booking, unless they can modify it.
