Well, it's a statutory (bank) holiday today here in British Columbia......so there's no mail delivery - but there is still some great news.

First, last week I got a "thank you" postcard from Luv Tigger in Hawaii. It's a beautiful postcard with a tranquil view of Puuhonua-O-Honaunau National Historical Park. It has gorgeous palm trees in the background and the stunning blue of the water and sky that makes us all realize how beautiful Hawaii is. Thank you for the lovely thank you Luv Tigger.

Second, yesterday I met up with a UK DISser that I have emailing for some months. This DISser and her family are vacationing out here and it was absolutely wonderful to meet them. They are a lovely family and we had a great time visiting with each other.

Sorry for such a late reply but I was on vacation. Both my kids received their postcards but I don't have the envelopes in front of my at the moment and I forget who they were from. They really liked getting the postcards so thanks to those who sent them.

Disneyvacationmom - Kathy - a HUGE thank you for the parcel which my DD Katie received from our postman just 5 mins ago

Two lovely cards: one from Hamilton, Ontario and the other from the Ontario botanical gardens, which look gorgeous, how lucky you are to have them nearby.

The Canadian bear and pin badge were a wonderful bonus - Katie is absolutely thrilled to bits.

Sorry it's taken so long to get here, Kathy, but believe me it was well worth the wait.

Have a great trip to WDW - if you're not there already.

(.....you know, I've gonna haveta get my eyes checked.....all this time....I thought it was Barry HORN and here his name is Barry HOM......)

Anyway, it's a marvelous aerial view of sandy Fort Myers Beach in Florida. Barry - that is just one awesome beach there!

Barry's also written on the card as well.....and let's just say....he appears to be just as cheeky when he writes on a POSTcard as when he writes a post! But, you made me LOL Barry, and I thank you for the lovely postcard!
