I screwed up - Disney Reward Cards pick up at the port?

I screwed up and I thought I had a valid Disney reward redemption card that I was going to load all my rewards $$ on. I went to look today, and, oops, it looks like I kept the wrong card.

I know you can pick up the cards at some ports - can I get one in Dover? I leave next Saturday which is barely enough time for the rush shipping (because it doesn't include weekends).

Am I better off ordering it rushed or waiting until Dover?

If I remember correctly I can only have 2 at a time, and it says I already have one, so I don't want to order, have it not arrive, and then not be able to get one at the port.

I did the same thing in 2106... call the number on the rewards card and they will advise your options. The customer service rep was super helpful. We were sailing out of Port Canaveral so we had the option of picking them up at Disney World/ downtown Disney or at the port. We went with downtown Disney so we could have them a few days before and they were ready for us to pick them up that day. Good luck and have fun on your trip!

Exact same thing happened to me in May. They Fed Ex'd me a card at no cost and I got it before I left. You may want to ask!

What is a Disney reward redemption card?

The redemption card is where your Disney dollars go that you earn from using the Disney Visa. Essentially it's a "debit card" only valid at Disney properties

You have to redeem your Disney Reward Dollars through your Chase Disney Visa Card and order the redemption card, it's usually mailed out with in 2 weeks of when you redeem your Dollars. It can be cashed in at Guest Services on board for on board credit, just like a regular Disney Gift Card.
