I rode Everest! And it was...

I rode EE 24 times during the AP preview. OMG...best Disney attraction EVER. Everything about it was WONDERFUL. I did a soundseeing / stereo audio tour of my entire experience which started at the airport where I drove straight to the attraction :)

There is one good drop. But it happens so fast maybe you won't notice it ;)

We were there 2/1 -2/8 and rode Everest 9 times! It was a great ride, unless you ride 3x in a row with no wait first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. But a breakfast bar and a quick safari through Africa and we were good for another 3 trips to see the Yeti!

There really aren't any big drops, more like fast curves and some helix. It's a cross between BTMR (for curves) and RnR (for smoothness). If you ride Mummy, it's kinda on that order, but not so scary. I rode twice 2/5 at the end of the day, and am hoping it'll be open President's week for my family.

I agree with the other poster who said that the stand by line moves pretty quickly for how long it is ~ even though the wait time today stated 20 minutes it was a little longer than that (maybe 30 instead of 20) I did the ride 4 times (2 times yesterday in row 16, and 2 times today once in row 12 and once in row 4) I seem to like row 16 the best. When I was on my 1st time today (right before we got off the ride) the trains stopped and there was an announcement that they made an unexpected stop. Luckly we were done with the ride or I would have been upset or scared to be stopped on a curved sideways spot. It wasn't stopped for long but long enough. Then the 2nd time I don't know if it was because I was close to the front on if it was because it had just stopped prior but it didn't seem to go as fast on the first part of the ride ~ I think it was because I was close to the front ~ same thing on BTMR the back is the best!! (for me anyways!!)
