I renewed our APs in Aug. I have reservations

using the AP discount for November. I will not have my APs yet, since we will check into the resort before we go to Guest Services to pick up our renewed APs. Will this be okay? Also, are we gonna get 15 months of AP?

As long as you go to the front desk sometime before you check out and show your AP, then the AP price should be applied.

Here is the best information that I have found:
You can call and book the rates without having the AP/PAP in hand. However, if you want to use Disney's Passholder web site to book at the AP rate online, you will need either an active AP or a voucher to do it. The policy about having it at the time of resort check in is clear as mud. Some people have been allowed to obtain the rate at check in with only their AP/PAP voucher. Others have been told to return to the resort front desk to show the desk CM after activating the pass. Still others have not been asked for any AP/PAP at all. The official Disney policy states an activated adult AP/PAP pass is needed at check in.You may want to avoid any potential embarrassment at check in by having an activated pass at that time.

The offer expired yesterday, so yes you should be getting the extra 3 months.

I renewed my AP's online a couple weeks ago, elected to have the voucher paperwork mailed to me, and it specifically states they will be good for 15 months from my anniversary date of the AP's, which is October 2.

Also, we have had AP's for about 7 years now and if we don't have our actual AP's in hand for check-in, then we're just sure to have our vouchers or some sort of printed receipt showing we bought them. We've never been asked for anything other than what we provided. Worst case scenerio, they could ask you to bring your AP's back to them once they are activated.
