I received a pin, but not the one I'm waiting for!

Got an excellent pin (unique pin code) in the mail yesterday, for 30% off room and if I upgrade to a package, I get the park hopper FREE. This is only until the end of summer.

It's a good one, but we always go in November, plus I'm waiting and hoping for free dining.

I wonder if receiving this one increases or decreases my chances of that? Either way, I'll be just hanging out here, waiting!

I recently ordered a Vacation Planner DVD from the website, and last week got a promotion code (just a 3 letter code). This week, I got the unique pin code. I like this trend!

I just went back to the site and logged in, picked my dates, my resort, my tickets, and my dining plan, then just left them in my shopping cart. LOL. Maybe they will take the hint.

I also got another PIN before that one for discounted room or Free Dining for stays in March only. Both pins were by email so hopefuly they send me one for Novemberm eventually!

I got the same pin, and I got a three letter code a couple weeks ago, both after ordering the DVD... not sure it if had anything to do with it... I haven't received the dvd yet. I am going in October. I really hope I get another one, because my husband doesn't want to go in the summer, and free dining is our preferred deal... I am bummed, I feel like I for sure won't get another pin now that I got this one.

I requested the DVD last week hoping it would spur a PIN for October but haven't received any communication from Disney via email or snail mail, yet....

Mine was via snail mail. I check every email from Disney, reading every word! LOL
But I've heard the main ones come from "Disney Destinations."

Us either. We had park hopper last time, and we did use it, but I wouldn't pay for it again. Free dining will save is a ton!

I hope they will keep sending PINs, even if I don't use the first one. I've done the math, and for us, there is no better deal than free dining. I know many people don't care for the dining plan. But we love it. We eat at places we'd never eat at otherwise, and psychologically, not having to pull out our wallet every few hours makes our vacation so much more enjoyable!

Last year, in order to get free dining, we had to check in on Veteran's Day, which, not so coincidentally, marked the end of the Food and Wine Fstvl.

Key word is up to 30%. Should be same discount you have now. The pins have offered free hoppers on tickets so that's a little more savings. Sent from my iPad using DISBoards
