I really need HELP w/ planning!

Last October it seemed so easy I planned some early into the park days based on the schedule given for early entry days at certain parks. Now, the early magic hours and evening magic hours don't appear to have any rhyme or reason. I noticed the DIS has posted hours for March, April and May but we are going the week of July 4th I like to settle on the parks for each day because I like to make at least one PS per day! At that time of year, it would be hard to make PS's at the last minute, right?!

What is everyone else planning to do or am I missing something? Thanks a lot for your input

First thing to do is RELAX!!!!
Priority seatings are only difficult to get for something like eating at the Castle. If you allow for any flexibility you will not have problems getting ps. For difficult ps like Cindy's call at the 90 day mark. Do not delay. Don't worry about whether it's early morning or evening or whatever. Just make a ps that suits your needs. For "regular" meals you can wait until early May for the July hours and then call for your priority seatings. Although the summer is crowded, there are so MANY places to eat you can get your ps in May. We have gone in June twice and have waited for the hours to be posted before making our ps. Never had any problems.

It seems like emh are pretty stable at this point. They change slightly around holidays or other changes, but seems pretty much set if you look at it so far.

I would add that during that week they will add emh I believe. Every year we go during that time and there is always some parkopen for EMH. What I plan on doing(we are going that same week) is making some ps and then if when the hours come out I need to switch them I will. I am guessing that we may get June/July summer hours at the same time! I hope anyway. Only two weeks till we can make our PS!!!! Isn't it coming so fast!!

We went July 4th weekend last year without any PS. I just called each morning from the resort and had no trouble getting PS. I only made 2. One was for Biergarten and the other for Ohanas.

We have seen this month that Disney has added more hours to the holiday schedule. I bet you could hope for long hours at the parks.
I would make some of your PS 90 days out, then when the EMH are released, you can go back and "fine tune" them, knowing that if something is not available, as in CRT, you already have it.

Wow, this is a busy board! I was working so hard today that I just remembered to check for replies to my thread and it had fallen to pg 3 or 4

I know it doesn't help any, but that's what I'm going to do too....make my early morning PS's at 90 days out and hope I can change them to avoid EE. We like to eat in the park before it opens and finish breakfast right at opening time!
