I'm cooking for a birthday dinner today and am making chicken. I have one pan of bbq, one pan of honey mustard, and a 3rd pan that I want to do something different with, but don't know what.
How do you season and bake your chicken? I need something that isn't a bottled marinade. I have one person coming who is allergic to corn and can't have the High Fructose Corn Syrup that is in most everything packaged, so I want to do something with seasonings. I have a pretty nicely stocked spice cabinet, so that's probably not going to be an issue unless you suggest something that is a little more unusual.
