I need to be banned from watching TV in May

Ok, this is just ridiculous. All this television? Yeah, it's making me cry, and it's just stupid and it shouldn't. You think I'm kidding? Check out the shows that have drawn serious tears from me. And that's not even counting the commercials (let's not even GO there....) ***POSSIBLE OC AND AMERICAN IDOL SPOILERS***


#1 - Everwood? I'm just so happy they're back to their original greatness and I love Ephram (and wish he would write me a song on his piano), but HELLO! It made me cry on Monday. And I don't even remember why, except that he and Amy were so sweet....

#2 - American Idol? Yes, I've cried at the tribute videos. Two weeks in a row. Yes, for John Stevens. And yes tonight. And I don't even know WHY!! I mean, I'm not really attached to any of the Idols, and yet...there were tears, folks. Tears.


#3 - The OC? Now, c'mon, clearly this isn't supposed to be a sad show, but me? Crying? When Seth is on the hill? Again with the waterworks. I can't possibly have to wait until after the World Series to get back to my California boys.....


#4 - Friends. That dumb stupid Dateline show tonight made me cry. I'll be a wreck tomorrow night. I had a dream that I went to the final episode taping about a week before they actually shot it, and it was one of those weirdly strange but true seeming dreams that puts a knot in my stomach whenever I think about it.



Seriously, what's going on with my tv? Why is it all making me cry?!?

I am right there with you but I am usually screaming at the tv and crying with the cliff hangers. Talking about a tease. thats too long. I already told my husband I will be a blubering idiot tomorrow and not to mess with me and not to worry about my sobbing. I was the same way last year with Dawsons Creek.

I wanted to watch the dateline show tonight-- only I got an awful headache and went to bed instead for a few hrs. (I have it recorded though and am hoping to watch it before tomorrow). DH says he's not watching Friends w/ me because he knows I'll be a sobfest!!
