Ding Dang Ray! I hope you are doing OK!
Everyone else has already given you great advice - I just want to say that we will be thinking about you, and *worried* so update us all when you have a chance!
I know it must have been horribly frightening, and I hope that if you find yourself feeling overwhelmed or anxious in the next few days, weeks, or *anytime* in the future, you will consider working with a trained counselor. PTSD is real, and can be triggered by events far less traumatic than what you experienced!
I was hit by a car years ago (as a bipedal pedestrian) and because I was able to jump almost out of the way, it just "clipped" me, and spun me down to the ground after hitting me with the side mirror, but I was sore for days, and that was no where near what you experienced.
I'm *so* sorry this happened to you, and I hope with all my heart that you are fully recovered soon. Your chair can be fixed or replaced, but there is no substitute for you, my friend.
