I need some homemade candy ideas

Corn Flake Candy..made with karo syrup and peanut butter is easy and always goes fast! If anyone needs the recipe let me know.

Interesting! You call those Corn Flake Candy? Around here we call them peanut butter bars. VERY YUMMY! regardless.

3 or 4 large marshmallows on a bamboo skewer, dipped in chocolate and with sprinkles.

It's not candy, but how about selling bags of homemade chex mix?

Oooh, just remembered a good one- the thin crispy chinese noodles coated in butterscotch chips- just melt the chips, toss with the noodles, and spoon out onto wax paper. Sounds weird but tastes really really good!

We make those every Christmas - we call those haystacks. I love those things! They're also good w/ peanuts mixed in. You get the whole sweet & salty at once thing.

Something else that is dippable are Ritz crackers made into a peanut butter sandwich. (Ritz, PB, Ritz) Then cover/dip them into melted milk chocolate and let them harden in the fridge. Mmmmm...they are so yummy!

we make cornflake candy, too, but its different than the pp's. we melt chocolate, my sisters prefer milk choc, I like dark choc, either is good. Add corn flakes until well coated. There really isn't a recipe here...just eyeball it so the cornflakes are coated but not huge bits of leftover chocolate. spread mixture on a wax-paper covered cookie sheet and refridgerate until hard, then break into pieces.

Its really very good, and very easy.
