I need help quick!

I need to email Randy back our wedding photography contract, and tell him what time we want to do our engagement shoot. We would like to do it the same day as our planning session, hopefully. My question is; What times are the planning session offered, and how long do they last? We would like to do a menu tasting and see our locations as well. Should we book the engagement shoot early in the morning? Late in the afternoon?

I got the impression that planning sessions are either first thing in the morning or at 1pm. I would try to do you engagement shoot first so that you don't feel rushed during your planning session.

Our planning session was at 1pm. It lasted until about 4pm. We also did a menu tasting which was around 9:30am I think.

My planner has scheduled for us to have our planning session in the morning
(9-1ish) and then the tasting will be at 2:30pm.
