I'm creating a passport to be used at Epcot by myself and some 33-40 year old friends this fall on our DATW adventure, but I am hitting a wall on where to have them printed and was hoping to get some pointers from people who have been here, done that.
In the absence of my own printer (RIP), I've been running into two big problems when trying to find a place to print: I can find passport-sized booklets, but they have a 20 page minimum and (usually) a hardcover binding. I don't really want to put a bunch of pages of filler just to hit the minimum, but this will be a last resort if it's what I absolutely have to do. The second thing I noticed is that when places will custom-print the number of pages I'm looking for, the sizes they will print on are limited and much larger than what I'd like.
So has anyone found a place that will print fewer than 20 pages per booklet, and at a size smaller than 5x8? Or do you have any recommendations on where to look?
Also, has anyone been able to bring the pages to be printed commercially, but bound the books yourselves? I'm thinking this may be my best option to get exactly what I'm looking for, but would love to hear what others have to say.
