I need a snarky comeback for people who say stupid things!!

I would always say, "thank you for being so interested." with a big smile. Then change the subject. However, this doesn't always work with family members or close friends! Those are the ones you CAN get snarky with right?

When I was pg with my two kids my coworkers would not know how to "talk" to me about being pg. I finally told my one male coworking friend to just pretend I wasn't pg, unless I asked for help with something. He spread the word and from then on, it was a quick. "hey how's it goin'?" Just like every other non pg day.

I was with my 22 DDs, obviously pregnant, and the cashier made a comment along the lines of 'oh, i bet you are hoping for a boy'.

Sorry couldn't help but laugh at the 22 DD's typo ;) Now with 22 dd's I can see someone wondering if you wanted a boy :rotfl2:

Yeah I agree some of those comments are really intrusive, but asking things like, "What are you having, do you know the gender?" is an innocent question- people are just curious, IMHO.

for those with bellies that don't want be touched- slap a bumper sticker across your belly that says "Keep Out", "Do Not Tresspass" or something like that. You just have to spell it out for some people! ;)
