Okay, this took a lot of work...here's a smaller version of that one animated dragon you liked. AND it actually fits within the requirements. I couldn't do it anymore high quality and still have it be under 4KB.

If you use it, please only use it in your avatar. If you decide to use it in your signiture instead, you need to upload it somewhere else because hotlinking from my site that I pay for is a big no-no.
