I need a good smudge proof mascara

I am really tired of looking like a raccoon at the end of the day. I wear waterproof mascara, but by the afternoon half of it is under my eyes. I don't rub my eyes, so that's not it. So any help from the makeup gurus would be appreciated.

I use Weather Everything by bare escentuals. Love IT. Was just in Gettysburg in the 90+ degree heat. It was the only thing that didn't run or wear off.

i use covergirl lash exact. if i forget im wearing it and rub my eyes, it kinda crumbles? it doesn't clump or wear off. and its pretty cheap. the only time i get panda eyes is when i forget to take it off before i go to sleep.

It literally cannot run/flake/etc.; I used it at Disney in the heat, and for my wedding ^_^ To remove it, I would take a shower, get my face nice and wet, and gently move my fingertips downwards on my (closed, obviously, hee!) eyes. I wear BE makeup but I have kept the same Maybelline mascara for years. I have wanted to change but every time I have tried a new mascara it has clumped on my lashes. I hate clumping! I will try these. I usually buy my makeup at Ulta. I know they carry Too Faced, but I have never noticed Blinc. Does Ulta carry that too? Where can I buy it?

ETA : I just checked Ulta. They do have the Too Faced but not the Blinc.

I really don't have a problem with it running/smudging except when I travel to WDW in September. Since I am in the parks, in the Florida heat and humidity, from park opening to park closing, I sometimes have it smudge by the night. Honestly, though, that is the only time I have noticed it smudging. It really is a great mascara! Since we leave in about two weeks for our Disney vacation, I am anxious to get one of these (Too Faced or Blinc) just to try for this upcoming trip.
So I will not need eye makeup remover for Blinc or Too Faced? It just slides off?
Do you have to apply it differently than regular mascara?

Waterproof does that to me also..which is confusing, if it's waterproof WHY does it smudge? If I kept my eyes wet would it not smudge?

I have several mascaras. I am obssessed with finding the 'best' one which means it separates and lengthens but doesn't smudge, flake or clump.

Right now of all the ones I own, I'm loving my Imju Fiberwig, Too Faced Lash Injection PIN POINT (I prefer the small brush) but most of all I love my Loreal Double Extend mascara.

All three of these last all day without smudging or flaking etc....

I'm pretty sure the Blinc kiss me mascara isn't necessarily labeled as waterproof, b/c it comes off w/ soap and water, just in tubes.

Indeed, I have bought the Blinc mascara at Sephora! It's also sold at a local store here called Cosmetic Market.

Went to Sephora yesterday and they had travel sizes of Too Faced lash injection and Badgal waterproof mascara. (Recommeded by the girl at Sephora) I bought both. They were out of Blinc, so I'll try these two first. Thanks to all those with suggestions. I hate walking in to a store and not having a clue.

I just had to post and thank you for your help. I bought the Too Faced Lash Injection because the closest Sephora to me is an "express" store inside a department store. The full size Sephora store is farther away. Since I went to the express store, they did not have the Blinc, or maybe they were out of it....... I did find the Too Faced Lash Injection and bought it. I just returned from our vacation Saturday night. We did a cruise and then WDW for a week so I was in hot, humid weather and did sweat like crazy! My eye makeup never flaked or smudged! I was so happy! Thank you for your help!
