I made it!!!!

I did it!! I really, really did it!! I made it through 100 days cheat free!!!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you to all my wonderful WISH friends. Without all of your support, I never could have made it so far!! Isn't it incredible what we all are doing together?? I feel so lucky to have such a great network of friendship, support and advice!!

If anyone is thinking of giving the cheat free challenge a try--GO FOR IT!!! It gets much easier as you go along--you just think "No way!! That brownie (or cookie or ice cream) is not worth losing my star over!!

Now, I get to enjoy this for a day until I go to WDW!! I know at WDW I won't stay strictly on WW, but I do plan to make good choices generally, so I can stay on track for the ONEderland by Christmas challenge.

I agree that the support here is what has helped me get through this. It isn't easy, but with everyone's help it makes it easier.

WOOHOO!!!! You did do it, CONGRATULATIONS. You are my inspiration, I am at 41 cheat free days, I am happy to know that it gets easier!! I also have to agree with you about the support from other WISHers, it really does make a big difference. I feel that if I were to cheat I wouldn't be just letting myself down, but all the other WISHers as well.

OMG Jeanie that star is so pretty! I just KNEW you would earn it. You've had a rough time this week with a death in the family and you've learned NOT to stress eat. With the loss of you SIL plus preparing for your vacation you HAD to have had quite a stressful week. I am so proud of you girl!

(I'm saying BIGGGG inspiration- I just finished off a sugar cookie- it's so hard to get back to eating right after blowing 8 days at Disney!- But reading your post and seeing how excited you were about staying soo true to your plan has given me a swift kick in the hiney!!) I can make it through the next holiday filled months without cheating and be HAPPY about it!!! I always looked at cheating as rewarding myself- but you're enthusiasm and excitement about NOT cheating is a reward in itself!! That's awesome!! Where can I go get my first cheat free star???

Way to go!!!! You are such an inspiration. I decided to do the 100 day challenge the other day when I saw you just had a few days to go.

Yesterday was my 1st day. It wasn't easy because there was a birthday in the family. My smaller goal is to get 50 days. The 100 days would take me through Thanksgiving and Christmas. But I'm starting the think that maybe i could do the entire 100 days.

Thanks for the inspiration to push myself further!

you've learned NOT to stress eat

OMG, Jody, you are right!! I didn't realize it til you said this. It
was a very stressful week and my first response wasn't to eat everything in sight!! It's amazing the changes that creep up on you without you even noticing it!!

We leave to see bright and early tomorrow morning. I'm enjoying my star for 1 more day, cause I know I won't deserve it when I return. (Hey, a girl's got to have a Mickey bar now and then!!) But I'm going to make the best choices I can and I'm gonna hit the ground running again when I get back 'cause you will all be way ahead of me by then & I'll want to catch up!!
