We were flying home from Orlando to NY on Jan 12, 2008. Our 3:10pm flight was delayed due to mechanical problems (finally cancelled around 7pm that night).
We went right up to the desk and very quickly our boarding passes were transferred to get us home on a 4pm flight. Although there were some very rude and angry people shouting at them, I felt the JetBlue ticketing agents handled everything very well. I couldn't have been happier just to get on a flight home.
Today, I checked my email, and although we never complained or asked, we were each sent a $100 voucher from JetBlue!
What a surprise! And best of all, we are planning our return to Disney in September and $400 will really help.
I know JetBlue is having financial trouble, but I would hate to see a carrier like that go out of business. I think they do a really great job at servicing their customers.

All of Southwest's planes are full and sold out. All of Jet Blue's flights are still available. That tells you something.
Usually it creates a real problem for me. It feels like bait and switch! I understand weather issues-but I think the other carriers cancel flights that aren't very full etc. When I buy my ticket-I want the time I've bought!
