Can anyone confirm they are getting 20% off dining up to $100 as a sign up bonus for amex gold?

I just was instantly approved for the CIP! So excited!:cheer2::dancer: I was expecting the 30 day message, especially since this is my 3rd Chase biz card (SW and Marriott). Great way to start a Friday! I meant to apply yesterday but was so busy yesterday I didn't get a chance. I actually received the largest credit limit I've had so far on any biz card, my previous two were only 5k, this was 9k. Not sure if it's because I used household income instead of just my personal income maybe?

Quick question - what number do I call to request to have it expedited? Or can I SM from my existing Chase login? Thank you!

After reading several posts regarding options to paying property taxes, I would like to know if I'm missing something with my calculations.
My county is touting a new lower cc fee of 2.4%. Plastiq is 2.5%.
Bill is 1k=$24 fee
Use SPG AMEX Biz to pay = 2000 pts and helps pay down 5k MSR
I'm not sure about the value of SPG points, but is this close enough to not be a dumb move?
I know with Chase, 50k pts is $500.

For one-time payments like taxes, I'll almost always use an MSR card for payment unless the CC is absurd (3+%).

Don't think of it as paying 2.4% for 2000 Marriott points, think of paying 2.4% to ensure no issues hitting your MSR/hitting your MSR faster.

For me...unless I’m going to have an issue hitting the MSR...I wouldn’t pay a fee to use my CC, unless the value of the points earned is more than the fee...
my taxes are about $9,000...the cc fee is 2.09%...so I’d pay $188 extra using my cc...the 9,000URs are worth $135 booking with my CSR...so unlesss I’m calculating this all wrong..I’d lose $53 by using my cc
I’m a slow churner..and in no rush to hit MSR fast

This is my first 5k MSR, so I'm a little nervous. My taxes are 1000 so it really will just cost me $24. Is 2000 SPG pts close enough to make this a no brainer.

Thank you...it's hard to change my thinking in this area, but it would give me piece of mind to get a good start on the 5k MSR. Is 2000 Marriott pts close to $24 cash to ease my mind?

Yes I am. And the rebate is within a couple days. I used the card at our 2 disney table service meals and having a $40 credit pop up from the $200 total bill was pretty awesome. It even worked at the Starbucks at Disney.

I am really liking it; unless Disney comes back I feel a little bitter toward Chase and UR’s right now (have no use for Southwest points). Did your card finally come?

Im not familiar with SPG points..yet..lol...so I’m of no help to you...sorry...but if your not sure about meeting the MSR...$24 sounds good to me

I have a couple more Amex offers today that I didn't have yesterday.

15% back on supermarket purchases up to $10
Spend $75 or more and get back $10 on select home furnishings (includes Bed, Bath, and Beyond)
Spend $75 or more and get back $10 at home improvement stores (includes Lowe's and Home Depot)

ETA: The Enterprise deal showed up for me today too!

ETA Again: I had the spend $200 on Amex Gift Cards and get $10 off. I also see that I have an offer on my SPG biz to "Save on Business Gift Cards." It says there are no purchase fees on Amex gift cards through the end of the year with code AXPBUSHOL18. So sounds like that means you basically get $200 worth of Amex gift cards for $190.

Definitely do some research I love my KitchenAid. My first one was 4.5 qt which I liked but then After about 10 years, DH surprised me with the 6 qt. I make bread and pizza dough plus lots of cookies at the holidays and it works great. It is not great for a small batch of anything. The bowl is really too big for the paddle to work on a small volume. Besides that it’s perfect for me. The 4.5 qt went in the basement, which subsequently flooded. The dang thing worked even after being submerged. I ended up giving it to someone thru church.
What would you say is too small of a volume for the 6qt?
