My CIP always does this. It is infuriating. I cannot ever reconcile the account in my budgeting software because charges show up, then disappear, but are counted in the total current balance, but I don't know which ones posted....ggrrrr

It seems like most haven't had success PC'ing by SM anymore, BUT the worst they could tell you is no and you have to call. So why not try?

Unfortunately, mine is for my Marriott Biz! I tried logging in on the app too but didn't have any better results. I guess I'll just enter my purchases into my YNAB app as I spend on it and then can hopefully keep up with some of DH's purchases on the website.

I use YNAB too...the old one.

I do notice that it does show up on the Ink app on iOS. Maybe you can check your pending purchases there.

This. I PC'ed my CSP to the CS and I have no clue what to do with it! I PC'ed my CSR to the CFU so good there. I have been an AU'er on my dh's CF since 2006 and it's rare we max out the categories so I don't really need another. So, that Sapphire is just sitting there with 28k CL on it...??

will try it next month since its a 2% promotional right now. I know a guy(the 20k guy in texas) who just sent his landlord(aka wife) "rent" money. apparently it codes as Category: Merchandise & Supplies - Computer Supplies with Amex, Utilities(unconfirmed) as Visa. gonna try Ink+ with it.
im not too worried, you used a credit card. just do a chargeback.

only difference is Sheraton Lounge Access with SPG Biz... other than that, they are identical. Will cancel Personal if no retention given. will keep SPG Biz.

edit: well, MSR requirements are different. Im not sure if you want to count that though.
