Unfortunately, there's also a 2/30 rule for personal cards and the failed business application *may* block your MDD. If that happens, just get the business card in 2-3 months and try to hit the MSR as early in the new year as possible. You won't be able to get a 2nd personal card, but you can still get a Companion Pass. Plus, the Ink cards are more UR than was being offered on the enhanced SW cards anyhow and if you get an Ink Preferred you can transfer the UR to SW to stockpile SW miles if you want to.Oh man. Thanks for providing this info. Clearly I was missing some details. 5/24 is not an issue.
So, then tomorrow I will put in the app for the second personal card. (Which is 1 day after the first personal card was approved
We would go after golden week. Last time we went end of May into June. We would’ve done middle May but couldn’t get the flights. We’ll save our URs for BA and start earning AA points. I’m not sure if we should even try MRs for ANA. Do you know how hard that is to book or how many points? It really depends on the time of year, Golden weeks will be probably impossible via AA. I was looking June/July which is peak summer travel. I would say just start tracking AA/BA availability during the time you want to go.
Should be easy to collect AA and MRs.
I read on Reddit that you have to be logged into your Verizon account to get the credit. This reminds me that I have not gotten the $10 wireless credit for a Verizon gift card purchased in the store on 11/15. This was my first attempt to see if the credit was going to work, and it looks like it is not . . . For those who have gotten this to work, any suggestions?
Thanks, basically that’s all I need to knowThe price points will be different if you're using Flying Blue or Virgin's loyalty programs and Delta is notoriously stingy when it comes to releasing partner availability -it happens but isn't one of those things where you can think "oh I'll just use Virgin or Flying Blue" and have it reliably work.
Just opened my account - it didn't ask me to upload my driver's license. Hope I did it right!DoC is saying the Amex Biz checking bonus has increased to 60K MR as of today. I started my application yesterday, but didn't complete doing the photo of my DL and selfie because my phone was having a hard time capturing my DL. This is a better deal than even the combo Biz Plat+Biz checking 200K offer. I might try applying through the link on DoC...just wonder if Amex will see my application as a repeat.
It's been over a year, but I don't remember an issue with that. For a sole proprietor business it should be able to be the same. Can you use a middle initial on one and not the other?I’m applying for the Citi AA biz card and it wants my authorized officer name to be different than the business name. I always use my name for the business name. Has anyone run into this before?
Yep it is. Unless we’re doing something wrong. It says you must be an authorized officer of the business to submit the application and it has to be different than the business name. It's been over a year, but I don't remember an issue with that. Is authorized officer a required line?
That happened when I applied my husband earlier this year. I added a middle initial. He doesn’t actually have a middle initial but it worked fine. I think we did need to take a call for verification.I’m applying for the Citi AA biz card and it wants my authorized officer name to be different than the business name. Dh was wondering if that would work. Thanks! We’ll wait until after the current cards we just got and then try for itThat happened when I applied my husband earlier this year. Weird. We opened one for DH in Aug 2021 and didn't need to be called.
I just looked at an old mailing from them and it does have his name with no initial listed first and then below his name with an initial.
Our Chase ones have the initial for both the business and actual name. Same for my Amex Bonvoy BizMy biz cards always have both because I don't need my middle initial for the company name but they have it/want it for my actual name.
Sounds like he needs to make a round trip to an airport 100 miles away Lol.Ok—I know nothing about United status but my colleague is going to end the year 200 miles short of something important and asked if I had any tricks to get
