Well, I got quite afraid when the warnings came but so far my area is okay. 2 tornados touched down, 1 in Annapolis and 1 in Charles. West Street in Annapolis is a mess. The other is just trees as far as I've heard. My guy Doug Kammerer is saying rain should be gone by 5. He's my favorite weather guy.

Stay safe up there. There's a school bus with kids on it in Frederick with rising water around it.

Every body around here canceled. DD had to stay at work because the bad part here was going on when she got told to go home. She got here around 3 but was released at 1pm.

This family in Poplar Point near Annapolis called in and sent pics of the damage to their home and trees and wanted to thank Doug Kammerer. He called out earlier, 'if you are in Poplar Point go for cover in your basement', and they went. Their house and area was hit a minute or so later and they were very thankful to be watching him and took cover.

It's pretty bad around here. I had a trip planned up to Baltimore today. I canceled. Going to try again tomorrow. Our lights have been flickering on and off, but no real outage. Fingers crossed.

I initially saw the offer on Doctor of Credit and clicked through their link. In my case it took me right to it. The link took me to my PayPal log in, but then the Target deal just popped right up.

I haven't had any problems just doing it through the UR portal as usual..

I think the issue is if you have new cards. There is no way to linking Them.

Hi Everyone! I have been away for awhile and now trying to catch up. It's a little wonky to read the pages in reverse haha.

Anyway, I have a question to throw out there. We are considering a 5 year home equity loan (fixed rate) to payoff our mortgage. We only have 3.5 years left so we have a relatively small balance remaining. With the new home equity loan, our payment would be roughly half and we'd end up paying about the same amount of total interest. There are no costs and I think it could be done fairly quickly (as compared to a refinance). It seems like a no brainer lol. Am I missing something?

Also, I am planning to app for a new CIC, should I do that before the home equity loan or after?

I couldn't get them to move between my own personal and business UR accounts this way, even though they said they could see both accounts.

Oh, no! My apologies! I was just trying to explain at least my situation. I had linked DH’s personal and Biz accounts to my CSR and my Biz I would send to his Biz to my personal but then I upgraded him to the CSR and changed my CSR to a CFF so my linking is now messed up.
