I don't have any other Citi cards right now, so closing the Costco card would mean I don't have to worry about logging on to Citi's website at all.
If extended warranties have any value for you, the Citi cards extend the original manufacturer's warranty 24 months. Amex and Chase only do 12 months extended warranty.

Has anyone ordered from Goldbelly? There's an offer on the Amex Plat for $50 off $100 and I'm thinking of getting my mom something for Mothers Day. Do they charge one whole amount or do they charge separate amounts if you purchase from more than one store? Amex is one purchase of $100 or more, can do 3 times.

Both DH and I have the Goldbelly offer so we've tried it a few times. Always been good. I managed to piece together $100 orders with free shipping, so I don't know if they bill you once or twice if you order from 2 places. I had assumed it would be one charge, but now I realize it might not be. In any case, it's been fun to try things out.

I'm seriously considering buying SW RRs at the 75% extra points going on until May 28. I despise keeping track of travel funds and their expiration dates. Even though they were just Amex credits to start off with, I still feel like I lost money if I don't use them. And then if I use the travel funds and add fresh money to the purchase because the new ticket costs more, then the new money inherits the old expiration date if I cancel and that sucks. I loved when SW offered the conversion to RRs last year, that was most excellent. I can pretty much rationalize it if I get a CP early next year after my current CP runs out. I mean, SW has been flying me and my DD for (almost) free for 8 years and we have college coming up in 2022 so I'm sure I can use the points. Hmmmm.

Did you see this?

So you'd be paying 1.57 cpp. If you have UR to transfer, are you getting more than that with your URs? They can be redeemed for ~1.2 cpp. So then the question is is it worth the price differential for the flexibility?

It's possible to convert travel funds to a Luv voucher to extend them. But it costs $100. So would only make sense it you had a lot.

Agree the option to convert the travel funds was really awesome! Not sure what I would have done with all of mine if they didn't offer that!

Yeah, it is a PITA. Especially if it is a higher priced flight that you need to combine funds to get to the amount needed or you have smaller amounts. I think that is why I am putting off buying our tickets to Aruba.

Do you guys like these resorts with kids, or better for just adults? We’ve never done an all inclusive, but you’ve definitely got my attention. Would you recommend any of these resorts with teens?

Hyatt Zilara Cancun is adults only and we loved that since we didn’t take our own kids. Hyatt Ziva is the family friendly resort and I’ve heard it’s very nice also.

Does anybody know if some kind of a tracker exists for the grocery spend on the Freedom Unlimited? I could've sworn there was a way to track it previously but I can't find it now. We get 5% for the first year or up to $10,000 (I think?) and I feel like we are getting close and will want to switch our grocery spend to a different card.

I just got an email for flight changes for 8/14 from Milwaukee to California. Free change banner comes up for that flight, but not 8/15, 8/21, or 8/22. Anyone have dates they can check for a time frame? I'm surprised they are already to August, when it was only until 7/9 last week.
Looks like the same date range for ISP to MCO...they just cancelled my daughters 8/13 non stop at 1pm and put them on a 7am flight, which she does not want traveling with a 7 month old. Pretty sure she is going to switch to Frontier since they have a 1pm flight

DOC is reporting the change window to be 7/11-8/14, so looks like you are right at the cutoff.

I am also considering buying Alaska miles with a 60% bonus. I think it is engrained in us to never pay cash 😂 but there are a lot of times paying cash makes sense.

Southwest magic change window is open. Not sure of the exact dates but it appears to include late July and early August.

(Sorry if someone else has already posted this - I’m behind!)
I can change my mid August flight.

My 6am flight out of ISP changed to 5:20am. That's a bit too early - but not changing it.

Thanks, I saw that after I had figured it out on my own. I was looking for my brother, who was able to save about 5k/flight to pick the exact flights he wanted.

I told myself that with this next change window I would make a decision about Hawaii. I change my mind depending on the day. After reading your post I was leaning toward going. Then the news about a second rapid test on arrival in Maui had me leaning no. But I have three FNC expiring in August and 4 in May. There is absolutely no availability for the Grand Wailea when we could go. I even checked during non school times and just have my husband and I go, and there is still nothing. So then I think, just go. It won't be the same as pre Covid, but I don't know when we will get the opportunity to stay at the Grand Wailea using 7 FNC.

I would try to go. I know it's a hassle but sounds like everything is lined up.

Having just went to Oahu in March, I will say I am glad we did it and a lot could change before Aug. I know PA just announced 100% capacity for everything beginning 5/31.
