I’ve been lucky in that I’ve been automatically approved for all of my Chase business cards (including the SW biz card), so I never had to provide any documentation other than self reporting things like my business industry, number of employees, and average revenues. (FYI, my “business” is selling crap on eBay and Facebook.)
Thank you did they ask you for any type of business license number

I applied as a sole proprietorship with my business name as just my name (I’ve heard people run into problems when they try to get cute with a DBA). And then I just used my SSN as my EIN. If you have an actual* business, then you would use your business name and your business’ EIN.

*”actual” meaning established as a corporation or LLC or the like.

All this talk of Marriott FNC being extended has me wondering if anyone has had success with Hilton FNC being extended? The one I earned in January of 2020 is set to expire at the end of August, and we’ve booked and had to cancel plans for it a few times. It’s starting to become more of a headache than it’s probably worth trying to figure out how to maximize 1 FNC before it expires. We have a couple more that don’t expire until 12/21, but we’re waiting to get our next Aspire FNC early next year to book a longer stay somewhere nice.

Like others have said just use your SSN and your name. I was just approved for a CIU (Chase Ink Unlimited) and I also have a CIC (Chase Ink Cash). The only problem with Chase business cards is they usually have a low limit. Both of mine started with a $3k limit. My CIC is now at $8K so I'm going to transfer some of that limit to pay my son's tuition so I can easily meet the MSR.

I actually booked 8/13, flights home are 8/14. I am not superstitious but still decided I'm not flying 8/13. Right now I have 8/13 booked at both Swan and Hyatt MCO, deciding which to keep.
which day are you arriving?
Arriving on 8/14, around 9 am if we fly. We’re currently booked at the yacht club but it’s $$ so I’m considering changing

Does anyone here have experience churning Barclay cards? Specifically Aviator Biz or personal cards. I’m having a hard time finding information on how often I can receive the bonuses.

I have an Aviator Biz that’s coming up on 1 year. Wondering if I can cancel and reapply a few months later. Also an Aviator Red coming up on 2 years since bonus. Can I get a 2nd bonus after 2 years?

Would appreciate any insight!
I have yet to figure Barclay out. I closed a JB biz card (held it for 2+ years) and then tried to reapply about 6 months later, and was declined for having had the card. Then I waited several more months and tried again, and was declined for having a duplicate app.

Bummer. We might see each other at the airport. Our flight leaves 8/14 @ 1:30. I'd extend a day except DH might kill me since were already there 9 nights (but only 5 park days). If my 50k FNC worked at Swolphin I'd do it for sure, but those are 60k nights. 😩You could come Friday and stay at Swan, only $228/night. 😉

Not sure when this happened but the sign up offers for the Disney cards changed (both public and support).

Disney no fee is now $150 statement credit after $500 in spend within 3 months.

Disney Premier ($49 AF) is now $300 statement credit after 1k in spend within 3 months.

While they upped the bonus amounts which feels exciting at first, they also upped the spend amounts by a bunch. So if you were calculating your return on spend, these offers are lower than the previous where the no-fee card was $100 on one purchase and the Premier was $200 on $500 - half the spend amount.

I know they're not popular cards to get around here and there's usually a better use for a 5/24 slot, but a compelling argument could have been made before in the right circumstances. I suppose you still could if you just really, really wanted one and spend was no object (as in, putting spend on this card doesn't preclude you from putting spend on a better card as well). Then yeah, I guess go for the all time high offer and feel good about getting that Baby Yoda card

I have had the card for a long time. And I just got my new one with the baby yoda on it. Yeah.....so cute!!!🥰

I was approved for personal Barclay AA 10/31/2018. Closed the card 12/13/2019 when AF became due.
Applied and was instantly approved for same card on 1/1/2021. Received the SUB for both.

Can you change cards without changing the number? I have the discontinued Frozen one with Elsa until 3/24 but I'd like to have one of the Star Wars ones also. Can I just request a new card with a different picture and then use them both? I don't want to give up Elsa early...

I don't mean to intrude on your thread. It's funny because I've been researching this all day. I opened the Red personal 3\7\2019. I applied again about 6 months ago and got a message saying I wasn't eligible for the card due to fact that I recently had it. No credit pull was done. I decided to apply again today and was instantly approved. We shall see if I get the bonus everything I've read says if Barclay approves you you'll get the bonus.

In July it will be two years for the aviator Biz. It specifically says on the app you can't get the bonus if you've had the card in the last two years. I have no idea when I closed it, but I'm going to use the same strategy and apply around 26 months. I have a lot of AA miles, but I need about 100k more to fly business class to Europe and Japan next year.

I appreciate your feedback. It appears you and @570traveler had similar experiences. Based on that I’ll plan to wait a little over 2 years, and try again. If you wouldn’t mind, I’d like to hear your experience with the Biz card after you’ve applied.

Sure I'll report back. I did a number of google searches today. I found a few posts on random sites but I didn't get a lot of clarity. I decided to just go for it. I figured the worst thing that could happen was I get the same message again. I have 400k miles. I think I'm going to need between 500k and 600k. There is still one Citi card I haven't gotten, but it has a 450 dollar annual fee. It is my last resort. I don't fly enough to really get the value out of the admirals club, but it's an option.

I am trying to use my Marriott FNC for the first time. Of course, the hotel I want has cash availability but no availability using the FNC. Is this common? Should I keep checking or just book the other option down the street?

For now, book the other option. I had random luck with a sold out hotel, sold out on both points and cash. A single free night popped up probably from a cancelation and I was able to grab it. As soon as I grabbed it the hotel showed sold out immediately after.

So, now I get what I can and I check back every so often just in case. It's also possible that some free nights might be added in if cash sales aren't selling out.
