I got the new Verizon Amex Offers, Spend $500+ / Get $100 back on my card and Spend $500+ / Get 10,000 MR on DW’s card. This offer appears to be highly targeted and found only on personal cards. The terms say to spend $500+ in a single purchase, but it seems like gift cards may work. The terms do not exclude gift cards, and Verizon sells $100 gift cards with a max quantity of 5 ($100x5 =$500). Commenters on DoC are testing this out.

Verizon also sells iPhones for retail so there’s an opportunity to stack offers on two cards by buying $500 worth of gift cards, then using those gift cards and the card with second Amex Offer in a separate purchase to save on a $1,000+ iPhone 11 Pro purchase. (In my case, I'd save $100 and get 10,000 MR). Otherwise, I suppose you could do a split purchase with 2 cards in store.

This works out to be about 20% off the 64GB/$999 model, but that’s way too little storage. Stacking these offers would be about 16% off the 256GB/$1,149 model including tax.

According to DOC, he thinks it might be ok. You can prepay Verizon up to $500. My charge hit this morning. I'll post if I get a notification of using my offer.

I haven't gotten any notice from Chase on the Xfinity Home offer. Fingers crossed, it's been about a week.

Hmmm you just paid $500 on your monthly bill with the Amex to see if it triggers? I am on the mix and match unlimited where I get a discount per line if I have it set to auto-pay with a checking account. I was using my CC to pay all but $5 and letting that direct debit, but then I got a warning that I may lose my discount if I processed a CC payment a few months back. Wondering if buying the 5, $100 GCs is the safest option. IDK if I should throw something else in the order to disguise it with Amex. I could do a lightning adapter for earbuds or a cheap screen protector.

My sister does need a new iPhone so I am on the hunt for a deal. Last year VZW actually had a GREAT Thanksgiving day sale that was online only. I remember $400 off an iPhone X and you did not even need to add a new line. I will see what pops up with the holiday and watch the bill pay DPs. No way am I losing $100 Seems that Plat AF may be covered pretty soon.

I’ve used this for the last few trips and it does a really nice job holding a couple backpacks on top of my suitcase.

Thank you! This may be a great option for my mom. She never carries a laptop or many electronic devices so this may be more helpful than a new bag!

I was watching a video about it on YouTube and it looks really sleek! I am just afraid it may not hold enough on those flights where I cram extra into my bag. I also ordered the Professional Flight which isn't bad, but not as visually appealing. I also ordered the AmazonBasics Slim Carry On Weekender. They all had free returns so I will try packing each and see what it holds this weekend!

The current sale will probably go away, but I guess I have some time for the next. I would ideally like the bag for my December WDW trip

We gift Harry & David every year. Our families love the pears too, and moose munch. Yum! I was half expecting Harry & David Amex Offers to drop before Black Friday. These are better than the 5% back on Chase Offers. Don’t forget, Shoprunner comes with (most/all?) Amex cards, and that’s free 2-day shipping, although Shoprunner negates any promo codes.

10K is fantastic! I asked and the salesman said he thought it was 5K, so I didn't ask any further, because I could cover that from my checking without having to move money from retirement savings, along with the rest of the cost. Most of my day was spent yesterday transferring the jeep to my daughter. Last day of the month and she was working and taking off for her was inconvenient due to workload, so Mom did her thing. Gift letter, power of attorney, couldn't find the lien release letter from 2010 (had the title but in Maryland I needed both. Navy Federal came through in 10 minutes by faxing the letter to MVA for me, love that bank! Gift letter meant no required inspection which is only $79 but it's all the time these things take, plus no tax and whatever else. The whole transfer cost $110. She saved $20 by keeping the tags also. I didn't even know they allowed that.
And this reminded me I have to add the Kia to my Sunpass and EZ pass today.

Exactly what we were trying to do today. I gathered all the paperwork needed (state website says very little, county website listed a lot more needed), sent dh, dd and dil down to get it done since the car is in his name and going to her/them. After an hour he calls to say I have to be there because he has survivorship benefits. Who knew? He's frustrated he's missing work and no they can't just wait for me to make the 5-10 min drive. The girls are trying to head out of town for the weekend. So we get to start all over again Monday I suppose hoping they get back early enough. The website says only that the donor or recipient needs to be there. The guy there says everyone has to sign together. The form says it can be notorized. So, I have no idea what we're doing. It took my son over a week and 3 trips to 2 different offices including an hour and half away to the office in the county he bought the car to get his car registered. I don't understand why they can't be the least bit helpful in the office and what they say does not at all go along with the information provided to the public.

I honestly didn't pay any attention to the end date since I knew I wouldn't be there. He's so cute!!! So are Chip and Dale. Just got two more Mickeys in the mail, really Disney how about you change it up for different years?

Oh honey, turning 30 is nothing! Let me tell you, my 40's legit have been FABULOUS so far (sitting here at 43)! I have to say part time parenting is amazing! Add in all my travel and the fact I COULD retire in 4 years......Life does just keep getting better!

ETA: I know you're not 30 yet...just telling you don't worry when that time does come! And Happy Birthday!

I don't think so-I just went in and did a fictitious order and was able to pull it up. It's after credit/soemthing/other I think (third button from the left), hit that and it pops up as an option (for me anyway).
