Hoping the best results on DH’s CT scan. Fingers crossed.

IIRC, Chase Ink statements for the current monthly cycle close 6 days after the due date in that month. So if your due date is 10/24, the statement for your current billing cycle will close on or about 10/30, and the bill will be due on the 24th the following month.

Wow, that's crazy. I guess I am an extremely below-average customer for them! Thanks for the info on the statement dates too. Guess I will go ahead and redeem the points I have rather than wait and risking my first choice not being available.

Yes, we are hoping the scan helps figure out some of the weird fatigue/dizziness issues DH has been having since he fell at work in June. While everything looked clear on the CT in the hospital back then, he's gotten worse since our Universal trip and his doctor ordered the test to make sure. I appreciate the crossed fingers.

@DisneyMandC I know you aren't looking for new shows, but have you watched All Rise on cbs? So good, though it might bug you if it's not accurate enough :)

haven’t watched it but I have seen the previews! I’ll probably be watching it soon because DH loves legal dramas. And I love to sit next to DH and ruin legal dramas while he watches them. He loves all police shows and true crime podcasts and stuff like that. He’s always like “they’re so interesting.“ I’m like “you could just ask me about my day.”

A little survey: how many folks are planning on going to WDW for the 50th anniversary in 2021?

Definitely!! Hoping to do a deluxe stay for that trip. Trying to tell myself I do not need to do one day at Disney when we go down in February and that Disney Springs, Universal, and BG is sufficient :rotfl:

Yeah we won't be there on 10/1 -- since we're going to Greece that month I'm trying to figure out when I can shoe horn in a 2021 trip to WDW too, plus my other cruise. I'm thinking Jan/Feb is probably best. We'll see. I want to see everything but I don't want to spend a trillion dollars and I don't want to get pushed around by crazy crowds, either.
Greece is exciting! I am not sure what the best time will be for crowds with all the new stuff OR what will still be under construction. Since it is more prime hurricane season I plan on doing CR Atrium split with YC/BC. I don't have it planned out or anything already :rolleyes1

Can someone help me decide on where to book our 15 year anniversary trip. It'll be for the first week in Nov (anniversary is Oct 29th). Looking for something tropical and relaxing. My husband is still getting comfortable with flying so nothing like an 8+ hour flight from Ohio. We also didn't have a great experience 15 yrs ago for our honeymoon in DR (he felt very uncomfortable there with armed guards with machine guns and we got scammed a few times at the airport paying different fees that weren't required). Leaning towards Grand Cayman, USVI, Turks or possibly Aruba as the safest and most "Americanized." (Again, I'm WORKING on him lol).

How about just staying somewhere stateside like Key West? If not that we stopped at Grand Cayman on our honeymoon and my husband (who hated Mexico and Jamaica) did not mind it.

DoC's take on the new DL offers.

Anyone having luck with support links? I have a DL personal I can get the new offers to pull up on (for 10k link bonus), but the DL biz and Biz Plat are both still pulling old offers and the DL personal is saying only 5k link bonus. I'm thinking I just need to wait for the system to get it rolled out to everyone?

I can’t get any of my links to work at all...on both my accounts and DH’s. New offers don’t do us any good if we can’t get to them! ;)

Just completed a very painful evening of homework. 5 hours...and he still did not get everything done. Just ridiculous for 8th grade. And he has 5 tests on Thurs so tomorrow will be equally painful. As much as he wants to go back to public school, I think I am ready also.

And now, I need to do laundry since Polo sent me the wrong pants.

Ugh, 4 am is going to come quick.

I’m soo out of the loop..didn’t know there was more than one kind..thought they were all chocolate

They're imitation chocolate at best, just can't do them any more when there's so much better candy and actual chocolate.

I use the app daily! It is the only way to keep myself honest. I just figured out what I can eat for my snack tonight.

Me too! Nothing like planning a day's worth of food during breakfast so you can splurge or whatever. Plus lunch can really mess up dinner.

Not the actual but at some point during the celebration we'll be there. After the trip at the end of this month it's my next planned trip to WDW.

He'll enjoy it. I like that it's the judge that's the main person but the supporting people are good too and spread to other roles in the court, not just the lawyers. And it's been a good mix of personal and work stories.

I am guessing this household income in many cases not one’s own income?

PCed a CIP to a CIC yesterday. I thought you could do it via SM but I had to call. It was no trouble. Just mentioning it in case this is a change, though I suspect it was always like this & I just didn't remember correctly.

Sent another SM to see if Barclays will match my new Aviator to the 75K offer.

Also got my $100 bonus from Aspiration after about three months  Can't wait to be done with them.

This is (kind of) off topic but this is the most helpful thread on the DIS and we're chatty tonight so...let's stay I book 5 nights at a Disney resort. Then later on I make a second reservation adding 2 nights on to the beginning of my trip at the same resort and call to make sure both reservations are linked up in the system. Will I have one FP window at 60+ days encompassing both stays (for 7 nights), or will it be broken up (one FP window for the 2 night stay, one FP window for the 5 night stay)? Does that make sense?

Silly me. The search tool is my friend. FPs for split stays appear to be continuous again, per the FastPass master thread. If I'm wrong please let me know!

I *think* it should let you book for both stays. Someone please correct me if I’m wrong. I know we’ve done it before with split stays but idk if anything has changed
