This happened to me when I did the PNC bonus last fall. My CC funding coded as a paycheck, but no bonus came after the debit card requirements. Then, I pushed from CapOne, which also coded as a paycheck, but still no bonus. I ended up doing a legitimate DD from work during my last week to earn the bonus, and then messaging PNC since I had actually fulfilled the requirements. My bonus showed up a couple days after I messaged them.

Thanks for the DP. Unfortunately, doing a DD from my work is a hassle, which is why I try to only do bank bonuses with CC funding or that I can push from other options. Oh well, my only loss is the interest I would've earned from Ally over the last month, so no big deal.

Has anyone been to the Baltimore Aquarium recently? Are there ever any discounted tickets? DH and I are thinking about using my Marriott free night and spending the night in Baltimore. It's been a looooong time since I've been to the aquarium, so we're thinking of doing that and going over to National Harbor for some shopping and whatnot.

Do you have AAA? AAA usually has discounted tickets to local attractions. I might check Groupon too?

@DisneyMandC I don't think I have ever seen our National Aquarium on Groupon, although I admit I haven't looked specifically for it. Now if you want to the visit the Ripley's Believe It or Not that is on Groupon :)

Sabatino's is my favorite Italian spot in Little Italy. Their seafood fettuccini with rose sauce is delicious!

Great minds! I totally thought of you yesterday. We are in
London for the week enjoying our new timeshare (LOVE!!), and I decided to check Ticketmaster for returned Hamilton tickets. I tried the lottery on our last trip in November and was shut out. Anyway, like magic, three tickets appeared in the stalls with an aisle in front of us, which is perfect for 6'5 DH and DS special needs. So we're going to the matinee performance on Thursday. It wasn't cheap, LOL, but can't wait. It will be fun to compare to the NY production, which we saw a couple years ago with some of the original cast.

We went on Thanksgiving in London and it was amazing! We saw it in SLC last year also and it was definitely fun to compare casts!

I did the double dip last year, before we modified it, and gained money. Just to let you know how it can work. I payed the initial $450 fee, and used $300 in travel credit for the CSR. I received 50,000 URs for each card. After 1 year when the AF for the CSP ($95, free first year) hit I downgraded the card to a Freedom Unlimited and got the $95 back. When the $450 fee hit for the CSR the second time, I quickly spent $300 in travel money, waited for the $300 to be reimbursed as travel credit and then downgraded the CSR to a Freeedom for a $450 refund of the AF. So I earned 100,000 URs, paid net $150 in fees and got back an extra $300 in credit. You may want to keep one of the cards though, or you can refer your DH before the year is up and change yours and then he will have the cards. My DH has the CSR and will not give it up, even though he thought I was crazy when we initially signed up for it. Good luck with your double dip.
This was exactly my plan when I did the DD last year, but now that the 1 year mark is approaching, I'm like your DH. I love my CSR so much I want to keep it!

I'm beginning to think I'm not going to get the PNC bonus for DH. It's been almost a month since I completed the debit card requirements and my CC funding from DH's CSP is showing as a paycheck in the account, but still nothing. Any ideas? I don't want to call and draw attention to the fact that I used a CC, but looking through some of the comments on DoC it looks like either people have called even using a CC and nothing has been said about it since it shows up as a paycheck.

My DH's CC funding appears as paycheck too. But I don't think it counted for the bonus. When a batch was processed, I got the bonus, but he didn't. Mine was entirely bank push, his I counted the CC funding. So then I pushed $2000 from Chase and he got the bonus in the next batch.

I suppose I could transfer another $2000 from Ally to Chase and then do that.

I pushed from Paypal for my PNC bonus. It was pretty easy. Just transferred funds to Paypal and pushed to PNC.

Oh my, Chase pulled both TU and EX for the SW Biz card for me. Apparently they've done it for each card but my credit monitoring service stopped telling me about the TU ones. (free service from a security breach, but it was usually very competent. and still the best one yet of all the breaches ) Got notified from the Chase Credit Journey for that one and the monitoring service for the Experian. I guess Chase is nearly as bad as CapOne for some folks. Also pays to have multiple monitoring services. I occasionally get notice from Discover but haven't so far on this one. I have found their service unreliable as when I have received notifications I usually can't access them. The Credit Journey got goofed up for me for a while and this is the first card I've applied since it was fixed so it was nice to see the notifications actually working again.
They always pull both for me too. Annoying.

Haha, tomatoes, 2xpinto beans (though I used my instapot beans I made Sunday), rotel, and chili without beans. Velveeta, ground beef, sour cream. Super healthy taco soup for my family :rotfl:

Sounds like the perfect snow day food... my go-to is "wagon wheels" or pasta with ground beef, a can of tomato soup and a little butter. My husband was disgusted by the very idea, until I made if for me and DD (like 10 years into our marriage) and he finally tried a bite. He now agrees that it is delicious.

At least yours has some veggies in it...

Whats the deal with Simon Mall gift cards? I know they recently allowed a massive daily max but do they code more than 1x on any Chase cards?

Help please :-)

I just received my SW biz card, my first biz card with Chase (and ever lol). I assume I need to create a separate business account with Chase to access the card since it does not appear in my listing o' cards? How on earth do I do that?

Dh has a sw business card and all three of his cards are on the same account (cip, CSR, and sw biz). I think he sm’d chase and they were able to combine all three

Omg are you kidding me....predicted snow is 5-8 inches tonight. Where’s it gonna go? It’s up to our mailbox
We are 4-7 currently for tomorrow, with a potential for a bigger storm this weekend. Ours is also up to the mailbox. I just called the city and suggest they find other places on the cul de sac to push the new snow. We shall see. March had darn well better be a better month than February, this is just ridiculous!
