I think one of our favorite Disney artists, Dave Avanzino, is going to be at the festival. He makes these amazing 3D mixed media and paper craft art pieces. We have too many Disney art pieces to hang them all, but we have a limited numbered edition of his Sleeping Beauty’s Winter Castle up because it reminds us of our favorite season at Disneyland (and it’s just so beautiful).

I received an email from AmEx that the hotel credit with the Biz Platinum has officially increased to $100. Any guess when they will begin the Dell credits? I've got my eye on a camera lens that I would love to have before 2/8.

DoC is reporting it’s now live. 2 $100 credits. Jan-Jun & Jul-Dec.

Reddit comments say Dell has a policy to price match competition if the sku matches. That might make this a little more worthwhile as Dell prices can be very inflated.

A denial would be if you've opened a lot of checking accounts. My issue was identify verification. It seems to be a fairly common problem with PNC. Seems whatever system they use sometimes has wrong information. Don't worry about it until you actually encounter it though, plenty of people open accounts with no problems.

I’m a little embarrassed to say I’ve never even ridden it and had to look on the map to see exactly where it was. I’ll add it to the list for our upcoming trip. Every trip we try to do stuff we haven’t done before. Still need to see Hall of Presidents. Last time I thought DS was old enough to get it, we went in and there was a big line and wait until the next show. Hopefully this time.

Leaving Orlando today after being here for work--ready to go home! Loved Bonnet Creek and had a quick stop at Disney Springs. Planning a trip here next summmer--Disney Cruise, a day at WDW and a couple of days at UO. Something for everyone

This is why they have to pay big bucks to draw in new customers. (although I can't imagine the retention rate is very high) I thought of it as a short term ~5% interest rate - where else could I get $200 guaranteed ROI in 3 months? We had another good laugh about it when the 1099 came and it lists 200.28 in interest earned, or something like that; that's just crazy having such a low rate. Unfortunately they are not alone and several others are still .01% ( yep 1 one hundredth of a percent)
I was amazed my bank was doing a full half percent on their savings, and it's still tops around here I think. Still can't hold a candle to online rates but I made a whole $3 last year on the tiny emergency/overdraft balances I keep there. I don't even want to math out how much I'd have to have in Chase to match that

I’m probably not going to attempt to earn Hilton pts. via referral anymore though. I don’t have a great use for those so that is wasted tax obligation.

Sorry, I meant Hilton. I just can't see the value of actual cash out of my pocket over Hilton points haha. They're so arbitrary sometimes that I feel like I can't even assign a cent value to them lol

No rush but you can activate Discover Q2 categories (Gas stations, Uber and Lyft). Since they only count from when you activate, rather then being retroactive like Chase, I like to activate it ASAP in case I forget later.

I still have theminimum amount of funds required to keep our CU money market active just in case we would immediate access. Given that has taken almost a week for funds to move between online and the CU, I just can’t pull the trigger. I know I could be making much more.

I tried 3 times and the answer was "no" for me. No pc and no retention offer. I didn't use the card much after the first few months, so that may have been the issue. One of the reps even mentioned that I had not spent much recently. I closed the card. I have read some dp's of success with a pc, so maybe you'll have better luck. The no fee card doesn't have much going for it though.

P2 auto approved for WoH...now 5/24 (till June) how quickly can they do the app for Barcs AA?....... aaaannnnddd..... I find this offer very interesting(as I can't add any more MSR right now) wondering if P2 should app, then I app for it also (if they're more lenient than the arrival card,I have too many new apps to qualify for that one) all those AA points for one purchase is so awesome
