Well, I leave for FL tomorrow, so I decided to make my last weigh in before I go this morning...and despite my bad eating, my TOM and no WATP due to my sprained ankle...........I lost 2 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now, I am so excited!!!! But there is a but...just a small one.....I didn't hit my goal, missed it by 1 lb....so no new clippie before I leave! Well, that is okay...seriously, because I realize that if I could have done my WATP, I could have probably hit it! Oh well....
now my vacation goals are
to workout while on vacation....drink my water....eat what I want, but practice portion control.
Thanks to everyone for everything...all the love and kindness and the advice and encouragement! You all mean so much to me!

Have lots of fun! It's so warm and beautiful down here. The ocean temperature is just great! You're going to the beach, right? Have FUN FUN FUN FUN FUN!!!! Use lots of sun screen. Stay hydrated!!! For every "adult" beverage you have, make sure you drink a big glass of water!!!!!
