Nope, no words on chest or back allowed at our school either. No pictures either.

I have a big problem with little girls wearing words on their butts, it's completely unnecessary and I don't want to give any sick people any reason to look at my daughter. They shouldn't be allowed in school.

Shorts and pants with words written across the back are not appropriate for school.
Let's be real here, they are not putting cute little words on the back of khaki walking shorts or high waisted jeans. You see words on the back of short-short "booty" shorts or low rise jeans.

Your question sounds like an attempt to justify the words on the butt. I think that there is a bigger lesson in dress codes that is sometimes overlooked. More often than not a dress code exists to eliminate truly inappropriate clothing among students, as seems to be the case in your DD's school. The other part of that is the lesson that there is a time and a place for everything and the more appropriate the children dress for school, the better the behavior and the grades. Of course there are exceptions to this but generally speaking, it seems to be true.
What shouldn't be allowed in school are the sick people that think something as simple as writing on clothes over a specific body part gives them the right to commit a physical act. Is there any statistics proving that pedophiles prefer children with words across the seat of their pants?I have a big problem with little girls wearing words on their butts, it's completely unnecessary and I don't want to give any sick people any reason to look at my daughter. I read in In Style magazine that low risers pants were OUT and short skirts - OUT, and midriff tops- OUT! Let's keep our fingers crossed this gets to the younger kids.
