I just need to vent!!

I just found out last night that I have 2 tickets to Tuesday's show of American Idol.....but I can't get out to CA without spending a fortune on airfare at such short notice and during a holiday week, no less (I live on the East Coast)!! I am so pissed!!! You'd think they could give you more than 4 days notice!! grrrrr. At times like this I wish I was a millionaire! lol. Oh well, back on the waiting list for another 3 years!

Nope, they tape the shows on Tuesday. I went to the dress rehearsal last week - it was so cool! I had only been on the wait list since last season, so maybe it won't take another three years to get tickets. Any time you get tickets to tv shows they are short notice, usually less than a week!

Yes, unfortunately my name is attached to them....I would LOVE to give them away, but I have to be present. If anyone wants to fly me out to LA, I would be more than happy to let that person join my party of 2, LOL (my husband doesn't really care about going).

Well that is a pain that you have two useless tickets. They should have given you at least 2 weeks so the ticket prices were still down. If you put your name on the waiting list again save some money in another account so you will be ready for the next set of tickets you get. I'm sorry you won't be able to make it.
