LOL, I just hit it with a yard stick. It's still alive though. This is our third one, btw. I've killed two.

That one sounds like a tough little booger. Good luck in getting rid of it.

I wonder if anyone here uses those plug in things that scare the mice away (sends out supersonic noises that hurt the mice's ears). I wonder if they actually work?

I don't know if they work or not, but mouse traps do. he he

I didn't get a good shot at him. He was behind a cabinet and I knew I'd just scare it.

I may borrow your cat yet.

...someone better give it mouse-to-mouse resuscitation. :(

Lilboo, did you just volunteer???

So what's with the meeses, Serena....:D

I don't know. They think my house is warm and cozy I guess. They especially like the dog food.
I put it away at night now.

when I was a little girl we had a dog.

then the mice decided dog food was their favorite dish.

then we got a cat.

suddenly dog food didn't seem so appealling anymore.

Okay, I'm LMAO!!!!!

thanks :teeth:

We live on a working farm and always get quite a few families of mice every year at this time. We tried those electronic devices & I can't say it even reduced the number - let alone kept them out! We were told it should work for the water bugs, too. (The exterminator said they were really just large roaches - YUCK! I'm sorry, anything that's 2 - 3 inches long is gross by ANY name, but I sure felt better calling them water bugs!) It didn't. :(

The only thing the electronic devices ever did was drive our poor guinea pig nuts! We had forgotten about them  and took in someone's guinea pig. We just couldn't understand why it was so timid & shrieked at the oddest times.   I felt awful when I remembered about it! It was still somewhat timid & tended to shriek, but what can you expect after such an awful 1st few months!
