Black Bottom Cupcakes

8oz. cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
6oz. chocolate chips(I like the milk chocolate)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 egg
Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, & salt. Stir in the chocolate chips and set aside.

Mix together:
2 cups water
2/3 cups vegetable oil
2 teaspoons Vinegar
2 tablespoons vanilla

Add dry ingredients
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa

Mix Well and fill cupcake papers half full, spoon on top 1 teaspoon of cream cheese mixture. Bake 20 minutes @ 350

I don't know, no one I know has ever tried store bought cake mix before. I come from a family of bakers so we like to make scratch.
