i just booked 1 week at comfort inn suites eastgate..

now is there anything i should know like what rooms are better (if they are facing a highway so there is less noise), any help would be greatly appreciated!!

There is no Comfort Inn East Gate! Is a Comfort Suites East Gate. The one next to Old Town in Kissimmee. I wonder why Choice Hotels keeps confusing their Hotel brands! Check the link for the hotel view.

If you are staying at the Comfort Suites East Gate next to Old Town I can help you a bit, have stayed there twice in past couple of months. It sits off the highway maybe a quarter mile. While there is no highway noise to speak of noise can be a problem from Old Town if a band is playing on the Old Town stage. I don't know if a band plays every night or just weekends, but you can hear it in your room on front side of building.

The first time we stayed there we were on rear/pool side of building and it was pretty quiet. If I stayed there again I would request an upper story room on rear side of building just to be on the safe side.

This Comfort Suites is very well kept, rooms were clean. You can walk to Old Town in a couple of minutes. The big entertainment is watching people do the giant bungee type deal near the hotel. You'll know what I mean when you see it.

Hi Phrank, yes this is my hotel sorry about the name i didn't have my ressie in front of me when i posted.

thanks also for the tips i am interested in old town as well. also the main reason for booking with this hotel is a clean , large room ( the continental breakfast doesn't hurt either)!
