I have the rotation menu for Boma if anyone is interested...

aswell. im so gutted and its too late to changed my ADRs around now, everytime set around them. i suppose i still have prime rib, flank steak, chicken, Rotisserie and, Pap, Sheeba + Bobite whatever those three are.
 
Thank you so much for posting this! We had Boma booked on a Tuesday and now I can see we'll need to switch to Wednesday. As DH just said "I'm not going to Boma if they don't have ribs." :lmao:
 
I chose to go on Friday which is the same as Tuesday because of the soups, they have great soups on that day especially the seafood one.

My DF is a big fan of Boma's ribs too! Before I knew about the rotation menu, we once went on a non-rib night. There was another table near us who were unhappy they had missed the ribs. I'm not sure if they asked but one of the chefs came out with a big plate of ribs for them.

where are the ribs i cant see them on the wednesday menu? :confused:

That is a good point... one time we went and didn't see the pepper pot soup. The waiter brought out a bowl of it for us. They are very accommodating but I don't know if I want to risk missing the ribs...

We have tues booked, and I coudlnt be happier. I am such a seafood person! (although i do like pork loins as well)

Last time I ate there I had the carrot and ginger soup--it was one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth.

A mix of all the different menus.

But like lizzyb said, there might be slight variations in the daily rotations for various reasons (the rotation you see is several years old, so some dishes may be gone, and also some things might just not be available).
 
Ooooh! I know it could change, but they have the oxtail soup listed on the day we're going. We had that several years ago and it was the best soup I've ever eaten! I hope it's still there!!! :goodvibes
 
Just a word of caution. That list was posted back in March, and there's no indication of when the poster obtained the list. Even with a more recent list, the menu is subject to change. For my planning, I'm certainly taking this menu/rotation into consideration -- it's the best information we have at this time. I won't be surprised, though, if the actual menu differs. Just wanted to throw that out there in case people were really invested in one menu or another....
